MicroGuard Safety Light Curtain for Machine Guarding

SMB - Swivel Mounting Bracket for Pylons: Replaces the L-shaped fixed mounting brackets normally supplied. This option provides 360° rotation of pylons.
MO - Guarding Mute-Out: Mutes out light curtain on non-hazardous portion of machine cycle.
DN - DeviceNet™: Fieldbus network compatible. Add suffix DN to light curtain model number.
Extended Range Units: 21' (6.4m) to 50' (15.24m) scanning distances (specify desired scanning distance).

DS - Dual Individual Stop Outputs
LR - Resettable Latching Relays (Metal Box Controller): Requires the light curtain to be manually reset each time the light curtain is penetrated.
SC - Single Controller for Multiple Light Curtain (Metal Box Controller):
Cost effective approach when a machine requires multiple light curtains. The multiple light curtain systems are controlled by a single MicroGuard controller. Up to four sets of pylons can be connected to the controller. Add suffix SC to light curtain model number and additional plyon sizes.
ES - Emergency Stop Input. E-Stop input requiring the MicroGuard to issue a stop command (built in standard on the DIN-rail Safety Relay Controller Module).
24VDC - 24 VDC Input Power (Metal Box Controller): Add suffix DC for 24 VDC input power.
220VAC - 220 VAC Input Power (Metal Box Controller): Add suffix 220VAC for 220 VAC input power.

RSD - Remote Status Display (DIN-rail Controller):
Remote mounting plate that provides the Diagnostic Scrolling Message Display, Blanking Key Switch Control (if applicable), Status Indicatory Lights, and Reset Button. Add suffix RSD to light curtain model number.
CI - Cincinnati Interface (DIN-rail Controller):
Requires the MicroGuard DIN-rail to issue a stop command every cycle. Add suffix CI to light curtain model number.
AO - Analog Output for Non-Safety Applications: -10VDC to +10VDC or )VDC to +10VDC

Extra Pylon Protection (optional)

PT - Polycarbonate Tube: Encases the pylons for high impact protection.
